This website is operated by TILE & LORE. Throughout this website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TILE & LORE.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services to you.

We do not directly store complete payment-card information.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

After an order is submitted, you will normally receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily confirm that the order has shipped.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Transit typically takes approximately 5-8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs authorities, weather, holidays, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Some products may be produced, quality-checked, fulfilled, or shipped by our production and fulfillment partners in China.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return eligibility, the 14-day return period, return shipping responsibilities, product condition requirements, damaged or incorrect items, and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy:

Eligible returns must be authorized and sent to the designated return address in the United States provided by our customer service team.

Do not send merchandise to an address shown elsewhere on the website unless our customer service team has specifically instructed you to use that address for the return.

8. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@tilelore.com.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing has begun.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be canceled and will instead be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

9. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum order values, product exclusions, and usage limitations.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discount codes cannot be combined
• Discounts have no cash value
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Discounts may be limited to one use per customer or order
