Shipping & returns

Delivery

We prepare orders within 1–2 business days after we receive them. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. We offer free tracked shipping on orders of US$150 or more to the contiguous United States and eligible non-remote locations in Canada. Shipping charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, or remote Canadian destinations.

Taxes, duties & import fees

Applicable taxes, duties, and import fees are included in the price unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout. You should not be asked to pay an additional import charge on delivery unless specifically disclosed before purchase.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. You may open the packaging to inspect the color and workmanship; as long as the items remain unused and are returned in their original packaging, they remain eligible. For change-of-mind returns, the customer arranges and pays for return shipping. Approved returns are sent to a designated address in the United States, which we provide after the return is authorized. Please do not send a return before contacting us.
